And when he rose from prayer, he came to the disciples and found them sleeping for sorrow, and he said to them, ‘Why are you sleeping? Rise and pray that you may not enter into temptation.’Luke 22:45-46
Like the disciples two thousand years ago, it is easy for us, as followers of Jesus, to grow tired and distracted regarding our faith. Just like the disciples, we need to be called alertness and clarity. Good Friday is a wonderful opportunity to be awakened to the saving act of Jesus. Join us for an opportunity to reflect on the crucifixion of our Lord. Come see Him clearly, and be encouraged to walk faithfully in response.
